Problem: Many professionals find it challenging to manage their time effectively, resulting in time wastage and subpar outcomes.
Solution: To address this issue, I have developed an Instructor-Led Training designed to help employees improve their time management skills. This training covers the main causes of procrastination, highlights the characteristics and advantages of effective time management, and introduces three specific strategies for implementation.
Adopting a Dog

Storyline
Problem: While many individuals are enthusiastic about the idea of adopting a dog, few comprehend the essential steps involved in this decision and how to navigate the process effectively.
Solution: I have developed a Storyline course that highlights the crucial first steps for adopting a new dog. This course covers breed selection, preparation for a new pet's arrival, and the initial steps for introducing them to their new home. The goal is to prepare first time adopters to properly and safely welcome their new dog to their home
Renting Your First Apartment

Problem: Many young renters frequently become victims of scams, accumulate debt, or stretch their finances too thin when renting their first apartment due to a lack of budgeting skills and an inability to identify apartments that meet their needs.

Solution: I developed a course using Rise that guides first-time renters in creating a budget, enhancing their credit scores, identifying apartments that fit both their budget and requirements, searching for listings, avoiding scams, and successfully signing a lease. The aim is to equip young individuals with the knowledge and skills to responsibly rent their first apartment.

Problem: Many teachers struggle with finding an intuitive learning management system that efficiently organizes information for teachers, students, and guardians.
Solution: I have developed a comprehensive how-to guide on the fundamentals of Google Classroom, covering classroom creation, assignment posting, stream announcements, student and guardian management, and general navigation.
